Cristin Zachariasen was born and raised in Missoula, MT, where she stays outdoors as much as possible while exploring our amazing state, and enjoys cooking for her family and friends.
Nancy started her career at the University of Montana in 1993. She is the Production Manager for UM catering and enjoys the interactions she experiences with staff and students alike.
Executive Pastry Chef
Lindsay brings over 17 years of experience in the Pastry Field. She graduated with a degree in Baking and Patisserie from Southern California School of Culinary Arts. She worked for Wolfgang puck in Hollywood to help cater many events including the academy awards. She worked for a historic landmark hotel in Southern California with over 230 rooms before coming to Montana and working for a five star resort near Livingston MT. She joined the University team in 2012 and loves living in the area. In her spare time she enjoys hiking fishing and riding her horses.
Amanda Hughes is a Griz Alum from Oakland, CA. She started working for Campus Dining in 2014 as a student server for UM Catering. After graduating in 2017 with a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology she spent time working as the FOH Manager at Iron Griz before rejoining the Catering team in 2021.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys camping, reading, skiing, rafting, going to concerts, and sampling local breweries; Anything that gets her outside and meeting new people!
Sanitation Technician and Receiver
Ryan was born in Grand Junction, CO. He has lived in Montana most of his life. He enjoys traveling and trying new food. Some of his hobbies include camping, fishing, hiking and spending time with his family.
Colton Buford was born in Great Falls, MT, and came to UM in 2008, where he studied recreation management and spent several summers as a raft and canoe guide at Lewis and Clark Trail Adventures.
