Dietary Allergens and Preferences

 

UM Catering is committed to meeting the needs of all our guests. Our culinary team will work with you to ensure all your guests are accommodated.  

For guest with food allergies, we identify the eight common allergens plus gluten. The ingredients list, including sub-ingredients, are available for guest along with the nutritional information for each recipe. . Please consult with your catering coordinators when booking your event.

 

We offer a broad variety items to meet dietary preferences of our diverse community. They are identified on the menu by the following notations:

  • V: Vegetarian
  • VG: Vegan
  • GF: Gluten-Friendly
  • HAL: Halal
  • HAR: Haram
